Yeah I do pester for new kits and I do appreciate the costs involved. The only thing I can do is try and drum up as much interest in the possible kit as I can to see if it will be possible for you after all it's no good me having a loco no one else will buy.

Great Job on the 9F's they really look the way a 9F should.

It will be interesting to see how the scanned figures develop, I don't think the crafted ones will be able to compete...

Pete - reworking the Chowbent kits is a worthwhile exercise, as a group we have always considered the Chowbent Black 5 and Jubilee capture the look of the prototypes far better than other kits. Not sure why though, whatever it is it's very subtle.

I'm on the home straight with 92069, I always enjoy pipework, the injectors have plenty of that and this chassis has already had the primer applied since this photo.

Thanks Len - the brass feed pipes that go up to the running plate are Ragstone castings - that saves quite a lot of work..

Whilst paint is drying on 9Fs I thought I do some micro surgery and knock up some shunt signals for Barmouth Junction.
