You do realise that this scale affords the forks lift with the use of the chain...

Not much point without a working hydraulic ram I want to do a Pannier at some point in the next decade plenty of scope for working bits there....You do realise that this scale affords the forks lift with the use of the chain...

I always had you down as a man that liked a challenge, I think you should go for itNot much point without a working hydraulic ram
Did they bother with that in the late 60's?As said before, don't forget the ROPS bar and the seat belt.

Oi, finished that 37 yet?I always had you down as a man that liked a challenge, I think you should go for it
No seat belts, but quite a lot had some form of basic roof to protect the operater.Did they bother with that in the late 60's?
..........or was it to keep the rain off in those daysNo seat belts, but quite a lot had some form of basic roof to protect the operater.

Internal only ones were/are electric, (no fumes). External only ones back in the 60's most were petrol up to 2 ton lift, after that weight they were diesel, nowadays most are either diesel or propane, petrol ones these days are very few and far between. Up to 2 ton lift most are propane over that they are nearly all diesel.Wheres the propane bottle or were forklifts petrol or diesel fuelled in the 60s ?
I quickly lasered some platforms, this shows what you get in 4x2 in 1/32.... not a lot
Are you going to have rails from the engine shed, or is it going to be 'post modernisation' ?And this shot shows why it will need lots of detail and weeds at the front, not to mention accurate chairs..
You'll get a good sense of depth out of it that way Guv, its looking goodThe station building needs to go back a couple of inches and the plan is to use a full 4ft depth for the boards
Restraint...admirableNo rails for the engine shed, just rot and weeds , that is the only bit of track on that board.
Nothing parallel to the front edge or main axis of the boards either if you can....My biggest issue now is the shape of the boards, I dont want straight edges.
Id like curves all round Im seeing this as more like a large diorama than a layoutRestraint...admirable
