I think they may be Slaters. They come with the Parkside kits.
The Parkside (by Peco) kits I have built in the last couple of years have Slater's wheels. But I am still pondering, how do you make the wheels removable? All of the 0 gauge wheels I have used go so far into their bearings that dismantling needs removing the axleboxes.

I agree with Alan, Building a couple at the moment, gentle but firm, they are surprisingly resilient!
You will be able to pop the axle end out of the axlebox.

Looks horrendous, but seems to work.

I have a few finescale PD wagons which could be converted that way. When I'm feeling brave, I'll give it a try!

Not sure how easy it’ll be once brakes, door bangers, etc are fitted, but the W irons are definitely flexible.

Worst case, I guess WEP or Hobby Holidsys etches are the fall-back.

No progress of late mainly because Of being away on the boat for just over 2 weeks. i will be helping exhibit a good friends layout at the Sheringham exhibition. The first one we've done since Dec 2018 at Manchester. For anyone who comes the layout is called Salmon Pastures, a 1930s imaginary shed based in Sheffield.

Pleased to say that the layout was erected in reasonable time considering we had not done it foe nearly 5 years and it all worked. Roll on tomorrow and may we and the other exhibitors, taders and demonstraters have a successful exhibition.

The show went well for us and I gather the organisers. We had the odd minor hiccup but then we had not really operated the layout since the Manchester exhibition in 2016.

A couple of snaps.
The layout belongs to SAD the one with the 'tache (who's layout it is) Neville being the one in the top hat and dog collar (making sure we have the Hand of God close by)
