Thanks Nick. It just says CLASSIX on the chassis.....Corgi perhaps?Best of luck with the 7mm project, Larry.
One quick question, if I may. What are the origins of the BR lorries you had on the layout?
Best wishes,

You'll be getting a reputation like me Larry,I'll continue with this '00' thread and build the 0 gauge version of Llanfair Road layout quietly to save repeating everything, then if anyone is interested, they can always refer back to how something was done.
Same shed Michael. That baseboard is the remains of the old 00 one. Part of it will be used to build a new wider baseboard, which I want to install a.s.a.p. I haven't been in the mood for a very long time, but I am now so things are moving.I am curious Larry, is this a different shed/place than the 00gauge layout? Your mention of trips to the council tip sounds a bit ominous.
Michael
Hi Larry , before you put the ply on why not shove some insulation in there as well , that will keep the draughts down a bit .Been to the council tip twice today, a nice day for a clear out. Half of the fiddle yard board under the window will be removed to allow plenty of circulating area around the widest part of the scenic baseboard. New ID backscenes exactly as used last time have been purchased but these are the 15" high variety. The planks at the bottom end will be covered with plywood this time.....

Larry having changed the thread title first...........................Make this one removable and you could sell it on in a year
Hi Mike, That's right. I needed a big winter project with being retired, and 0 gauge will give me something to do indoors and out. It will likely follow this pattern with the goods shed at the back.. Apart from saving me having a very wide baseboard, I wouldn't want a stonking great goods shed between me and wagon couplings...Larry
I may not be the sharpest tool in the box...but are you saying you ditched that lovely 4mm scene - last pic post 671?
