There were two built together Colin Oakville kits ,a lot of work never again as i have stated on my web site, talk to Adrian Marks about it Colin, no more rubbish kits.

I have been using water based oils in my weathering work latley and it gives a third dimension to the work , bringing it of the page so to speak. The drying time neat is around 3 days but when involved in your weathering work with airbrushed enamels it is reduced down to around a day. I asked about the weathering powders as i have been using Mig powders which ar somewhat coarser than carrs powders and give more depth, its early stages but i am getting some pleasing results look at the Mins created this way.

They're great, aren't they. I've been playing with them for a little while and have found them really versatile and great to work with.

I have a few MIG powders but haven't done a lot with them as I daren't use them in the house Has the textured rust on the lower parts of 68919 been done with those?

Yes Ian its a mixture of Mig powders enamels and water based oils.
