A 16xx was the last Pannier I saw in BR traffic, so I had a soft spot for the class, however, the model did not capture the look of these engines. The clunky wheels didn't help.

Yes, when I call it an 'abomination', I'm thinking about the ability to convert it to P4. You cannot just remove the chassis from the body, like you can with many other models, all parts are integrated with each other.

To achieve a 16XX in P4, I think it's actually easier to build the NuCast Partners kit.

I went the same route when I did my OO 16XX for 'Bethesda Sidings', as I didn't want to be a slave to whatever motor drive system Rapido were using at the time.

Hi Tim, I'm trying to work it out. Pencarrot nabbed them at last year's Railwells from one of the traders there. I've looked at the list and had a look on their respective websites but can't find them as of yet.

I'll keep looking in case I missed them.
