In contrast to Richards lovely build, I present my latest c*ck-up :oops:

A minor act of muppetry, its certain I'll not be squeezing the working buffers in that gap...
Still as my Grandad said to me, "You're going to make mistakes, get over it ;)", so I had an overnight pause to consider my options, then work out the recovery method.

Clamp the wagon to the workbench between a piece of wood and the mount for my vice.

Stick a brodling bit in the end of the Dremel

Take a deep breath and carve out a recess or pocket for the tail of the buffer to protrude in to.

Repeat four times, breathe out and make mental note to check things before gluing stuff into place :oops:
