Clamp the wagon to the workbench between a piece of wood and the mount for my vice.
Stick a brodling bit in the end of the Dremel
Take a deep breath and carve out a recess or pocket for the tail of the buffer to protrude in to.
Repeat four times, breathe out and make mental note to check things before gluing stuff into place
