A few more pics of progress, please tell me if this is tedious reading as it is essentially one type of Wagon. The next two do differ slightly as I have made new floors which I hope are correct. The floor supplied with the kit is I think wrong

Hi, I'm back on these for a while. I have various projects to get done. I have just ordered two more.

If it's of interest I have just retooled my P5 and R2/4 hoppers so they now have working doors. The open and closed with the aid of magnets.

I have just caught up with this thread and these wagons look wonderful. I really like the internal detail, I have a Slaters MR open wagon kit and have seen Barry's article in the MRJ.
I totally agree that the inside should be detailed as the wagons did not always run full. Very therapeutic exercise and rewarding too.
A nice NER loco to go with all those lovely black engines?!!
That test track looks interesting what is on one of the sides, more track?

Hi , while I was back in the UK at Christmas I ordered a couple more of the Hopper wagons. This will give me seven of them just three more to go.
