Looking for drawings

As title I'm looking for a drawing for a BR Class 50, preferably the original form. Struggling to find one. There is a blueprint available from somewhere as there is arty stuff available with he blueprint on it but I can't find it. Tried searching on HMRS and science museum but being computer near illiterate I've had no joy.
Reason Is I've got in my stash a very old kit with rubbish castings so I want to draw a lot of the details, including the cab roof to 3D print.

I presume you mean the British Rail class 50 diesel and not the DB class 50 (Br50) 2-10-0.

Depending upon the original builder, was located - EE, Brush, etc not all drawings ended up in the NRM/Science Museum. Some ended up at local museums such as Manchester and Sheffield.

Hi Kev,

There is a drawing in 4mm Main Line Diesels to Scale, by R.S. Carter. I can't find my copy, but think most of the drawings in the book are as built.

Wasn't sure about prices nowadays, but one on Ebay for £9.99 + p&p if any good to you.

EDIT: Might be worth checking publication date, as original edition was 1963, but that one looks like the updated version
