Quick update... This popped into my inbox today from Kevin Robertson.

'Dear Paul,
Some good news for you. I am delighted to report the complete book was sent to the printer earlier today.'

242 colour page print proofs will be signed off in the next few days by the editorial staff, as the final task before the first run.
