I am still thinking about it...and thinking my local East Yorkshire farm shop is selling their lunchtime, eat out special, of a bun, saladey stuff, and nearly half a pound of best rump steak, sliced for convenience, onions, etc..for £4.50!

I'm sure the vegans and vegetarians will enjoy the onion rings and hollandaise sauce with their steak. I'll help out with the steak if required.

I was fortunate to catch him live, he was giving a talk at a Preston live events venue in the early 1990s.
