Just to say that I have just uploaded a big update to the website GWRCoaches. I have been given a copy of the Coach Diagram book from 1955; it has 400 pages of diagrams plus indexes: Great Western Railway Coaches - Diagram Book October 1955. It only shows diagrams that still existed in 1955 plus it does include milk tanks, siphons and horse boxes. Eventually I will link the diagrams into all of the existing pages, but for now I've just done a couple of pages. I've also finshed the pages about Dreadnoughts, Concertinas and Bars 1 Toplights. There are still a 3 pages to finish:
Also included in the update is a bunch of information that I've received from John Lewis. The result is that I've added information about a lot of diagrams that were for usually just for 1 coach; including a few absorbed designs that were given diagrams. This has reduced the number of diagrams about which I know nothing to just 4 (D99, H5, H6, H7).
Hope you enjoy GWRCoaches.org.uk. Please let me know if you find something that is incorrect or broken or if you have some further information that I can include.
