Epping Ongar Railway Steam Gala 2024

Hi all just a quick post about a few events in April May.

The railway has pulled out all the stops this year.

We’ll have our resident ‘Pitchford Hall’, but also have the Didcot rebuild ‘Lady of Legend’ and in what seems to be a fairly major coup, ‘Leander’!

Have a look at the dates and hope you can make it down.

Yes, ill be there all three days of the 'Gala' and hope to be there the following weekend for the Leander farewell as well if i can be.

HI Terry, I believe the gala is the first weekend of May, but there is a special weekend beforehand for Lady of Legend, and one after too for Leanders final farewell. I think its the last day on its ticket the second weekend in may but I could be wrong.
