Wingerworth Lido (Derbyshire) and its railway

A snippet from my day job. Volunteer colleagues in Derbyshire are working towards a history of Chesterfield and its neighbourhood, which is both laudable and interesting, but only tangentially relevant to Western Thunder. Small railways, however, are and the area has one I'd never heard of (though the Industrial Railway Society have all seeing eyes and have, of course). So I present, the very short-lived Wingerworth Lido Railway: Wingerworth and its Lido railway - Derbyshire Victoria County History

I have lived in and around Chesterfield (latterly Bolsover) and this is the first time in 68years I have heard of the railway. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
