Here's a list of the running dates for D1062 on the SVR as is stands. 21st July is the next running day, and it promises to be another great day out soaking up some Maybach thrash!

Once again the SVR are short of Steam Locos for the services this weekend. We (WLA) are already the booked Diesel on Saturday and were originally booked to be on display at either Kidderminster or Bewdley as part of the Peep Behind the Scenes Weekend on Sunday. However we have now been asked to cover the CN1 Diagram on Sunday instead of being on display. The CN1 Diagram is 11:10 from Bridgnorth with 2 round trips, this service also forms the Severn Valley Venturer Dining Service.

Woohoo - Extended Class 52 haulage available this weekend on the SVR.

I'll keep you informed as to any changes.

Well, in a further bonus for us Diseasel enthusiasts the continuing shortage of steam power on the SVR means that there are now not one, not even two, NOT EVEN THREE, but FOUR diesel turns this weekend.

And we get TWO HYDRAULICS!

The SVR Diesel Gala starts early this weekend....... weather's improving too! Come on down!

So the old lady reaches 50 on Bank Holiday Monday! To celebrate, she's out all of the holiday weekend, and throughout next week. Here's a couple of shots of yesterday's faultless performance.......

Never mind Blue, RED is obviously the colour. Shall we start a Red Regiment ?

I'd like to report this obscene e-mail. Everybody (with BLUE blood) knows the only colour for a Wezzie is a true BR blue and I vote Locomodels, Graham and Peter are all sent to the naughty corner for a month.
