I was reading through this thread with interest and saw this question.

"I can see that I can freight in wheel sets, brake pads, lubes and tools etc but is there somewhere I can refer to for info?"

I have reduced the quote but my question is did you get any further information on the sought of traffic a typical loco yard would get?

Would be interested in this.

Hello Julian, thanks for your reply.

No direct answers but giving it some logical thought and expanding on what I included in my earlier question I have put together a routine for now. I've also found some "real life workings" on video which show in- outs & deliveries.
Really its main purpose is to look after the Loco stock but I thought that would become a little boring over time.

That's the main reason I want to build a small freight / goods depo as my next layout.
