No reason why skirts would not have been fitted to one of these Corpet-Louvet engines ;) In fact it would make perfect sense given the use of a tram on your line!

This may well be the third 'tram' on the line, at present I'm working on number 2 which is based on this.......

Nice to see I'm not the only one with a point built across a board join!! (mine strangely seems to be the most reliable too :confused: )

I had a sort out very recently of the railway bookshelves, and found a book I bought about 5 years ago but never opened until today. How appropriate:

Minor Railways of France by WJK Davies, published by Plateway Press.

An excellent overview of all the narrow gauge and minor std gauge public railways, what a great read!
