What about manuals as a source of information?
I have a May 1963 1st edition Brush Type 2 'Locomotive Operating Instructions & Fault Finding For Drivers' published by Brush Elec Eng, which has a plethora of 'cab forward' views and several close-up shots of equipment on rear bulkheads, including a scale drawing of the rear bulkhead equipment layout of No 2 cab.

I need to get out more often
One piece of advice regarding bookmarks and web sites, trawl them as soon as you find them and save what you need, often as not you'll go back later and get the dreaded 404 error
