Just a few photos to get my thread started. Unfortunately my garage is being used for storage at the moment so progress has stopped!

Hi BR, this is my signal box which is a Rail Model kit. It is the first laser kit I have built and I am very pleased with it.

Most of the buildings are RTP as they are so good these days. Some have been re-painted and some with slight modifications. The water tower is the Airfix/Dapol kit, other kits are a modified Ratio cattle pen and Southern concrete huts. The platform edging is Peco with a plastikard surface. More photos when I get the garage cleared.

Making a start on ballasting. I have masked the rail tops with 1mm tape just to make it easier to clean up after painting the track. It was a very quick and easy job.

Have they stopped doing this? I can't see it on their website (at least not in 4mm, there's an opposite-handed one in 7mm shown)

He is very helpful. He made me a one off in 4mm with the stairs at the other end.
