Signal Box identification

My colleague, Mike Esbester, has an object which relates to an ex-LNER ‘box, probably somewhere in South Yorkshire. It’s labelled ‘No. 5’ ‘box which suggests somewhere large - any ideas? Not my region…

Surely "Box" might refer to a medical/first aid box rather than a signal cabin? It may be nothing more than a record of materials used/removed during a callout treatment. The inside pages might give more useful context.
