EZB kits offer an etch for the external window frames with which prototype carriages were fitted from circa 1958 (information from Bob Reid). The EZB instructions describes a method of fitting the brass etches to the coach sides (which are made in ABS) and recommends that the builder uses a cyano super-glue. Cyano does not do too well with brass / styrene joins hence I am a tad wary of a CA adhesive for our Mk.1 builds.
What adhesives have WT readers used for securing brass etches to ABS?
What works? What does not work?
