Don't forget the Guildford O Gauge Group Winter Trade Show will be at the Guildford Spectrum Sports Centre on Saturday 26 November from 10:00 to 16:00
Plenty of free parking, free Safeguard shuttle bus from Guildford Station (sadly the vintage bus is not serviceable). First bus at 09:00 from Guildford Station Bus Stop "C" - last bus 16:15 from the Spectrum; see our website gogg.co.uk for Guildford Station map. Plenty of catering. Ticket sales start at 09:00 - £5 to get in. Items can be left at the Bring & Buy from 09:00 - must have a show ticket to deposit items there. Bring & Buy sales start at 10:00. See website gogg.co.uk for latest list of Traders = currently 60 Traders including Slaters. Our Test Track wil be available to test models before you buy at the show. The very last thing I want to do is rain on the parade, but please be aware of train strikes when planning your visit.

“Train drivers at 12 operators are planning to strike on November 26. Members of the ASLEF union will walk out after it said it was still waiting for a pay offer from the employers, despite ongoing talks.
The companies affected by the strike are: Avanti West Coast, Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry, East Midlands Railway, Great Western Railway, Greater Anglia, London North Eastern Railway, London Overground, Northern Trains, Southeastern, Transpennine Express and West Midlands Trains.”
