Gauge O Guild Summer Show in Doncaster on June 5th 2021 CANCELLED

The Gauge O Guild Events Team and the Management Committee are sorry to announce that the Guild’s Summer Show scheduled for June 5th 2021 in Doncaster has been cancelled because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

It is clear that many members and exhibitors will not have had a second vaccination before June and there may still be concerns about the overall effectiveness of the current vaccination programme. The health and safety of all concerned has to be our highest priority.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of us.

Please feel free to spread news of the cancellation via any websites / social media pages, if you have them.

At this stage, we are still planning for Guildex 2021 to go ahead on September 4th & 5th 2021 at the new venue of Bingley Hall on the Stafford County Showground.

Let’s hope that we have returned to some form of normality by then and can enjoy our annual O gauge convention together.

To be honest Jackie most of us won't be surprised, disappointing as it is although the vaccine is gradually getting around I think this year is written off as far as large gatherings are involved, but all for the better later.
