Home from a really enjoyable day at Portishead. Hall was busy all day, over 800 through the door. Quality layouts everywhere, no filler and so nice to catch up with so many friends, old and new. It’s been tiring taking two layouts but the lovely comments I’ve had all day have really given me a boost.
I can’t thank my co-operators enough. Currently sitting with my feet up and a glass of fermented apple juice.

Hope everyone has a great time and got home safely.

I only turned my back for one second…

I had a great day out. To echo U.P, really busy with lots of interest made for one of the best exhibitions I've been part of with many friendly faces popping by.
Lovely welcome by the 'staff' on arrival set the tone.
This show definitely flew under the radar and was a pleasure to have been part of.

Visited today, a very good and friendly team, quality layouts and memorabilia. Only downside, not unique to this event, despite very good wheelchair access the height of some layouts made it virtually impossible for the user to see them. As a measure, Clevedon was about the maximum we could see. Thanks though particularly to operators of River Yeo and the shunting puzzle for taking the time to engage, these were a manageable height!

I did make in the end and had a sheepish look at EWE as well as the rest.
A very good time and some excellent layouts as well as the support. Thanks to all..
