This layout has since found a home in Scotland and is being made into a larger layout. I’m glad it’s found a permanent home. 02D98F79-0741-48F3-915E-5CA417449A33.jpeg
so what’s next ? The editor of Model Rail asked the same question and even suggested a place I’ve wanted to have a go at for along time!
Same MO as always maybe 10’ this time.

Track arrived so did a Forrest in a box kit, looks good so I’ve ordered 2 more. Plus I’ve been out pruning some real trees to make model trees, these will have to dry out for a few weeks before being treated with awood preservative and then foliage added.

Plenty of time Norman, I do tend to pick main line locations first.

as a side note I’m selling off some models so please take a look in the small adds section.

Hi Steve,
I agree with the comments about your trees. They the best I have seen since I went to Pendon last.
I will be trying to use offcuts from real branches myself when I next make some trees you have certainly given me some inspiration.
Keep up the good work!
Roger
