Scott Hall Road buses in the late 1950's

Good afternoon

After a gap of some months I have taken up the task again of creating something for the late 1950's Leeds.

I now have all ten of the Anbrico Leyland PD2/14s bodied by Roe for Leeds City Transport in 1952/1953 as 301-310 (RNW 301-310) together with various other Leyland PD2/11s bodied by both Roe and MCCW (207/212/217 among them) and AEC Regent 3s of the TNW 730+ batch. I also have AEC Regent/Roe 443 from the Little Bus Comapny which I am thinking of motorising

My starting point has moved to a recreation of the Leeds (central) Bus Station in its post 1963 configuration with the enclosed stands and the rebuilt cafe/Inspector's office. But it means that I will have a diorama on which the fleet can be displayed. 443 should be able to move around the diorama if I can successfully include the under road tracks I have seen elsewhere, and the resin body is very light.

I would welcome any comments fro m people with far more experience than I in these matters.

Kindest regards to all, and I hope my entry finds you all well

Chris
