Hi Steve,

Do you attend any clubs in the area?
I've been to Blaenafon many times, but haven't been up there for quite some time. Looking for a closer club really. I'm off to the NMRS (Newport) tomorrow, from the sounds of it and looking at their website, looks really good.
I'm hoping to learn a few extra tips on a few things and get my O Gauge layout 'on the go'.

I haven’t for a very long time, There’s one in Risca in the miners institute the Western valleys club that used to meet in the Neon cinema in Newport about 10 years ago, they do have an O gauge layout. The Blaenavon group have extended in to 7mm a lot more recently

I went to the one in Risca one evening a few years ago but that was only for one evening when they told me how much it was to join :-0 Blaenavon is just a little bit out for me these days with fuel being so expensive! Off to Newport now, hoping it'll be a good evening
