Hello, Let me introduce myself with a rather lame offer of images from my collection. (35mm shots taken by me in the early '60's.) Western Class leader I believe, at Newton Abbott about 1963/4, and another I caught on shed at Plymouth Laira around the same time. I have to admit to having travelled there on the 'Devonian' from Bradford, since I was then, and am still firmly in LMS territory in Yorkshire.
I was recommended to join while chasing those who have done pristine creations of 4mm steam - with a bias towards my region. I look forward to gleaning lots of great advice to help with my rather sorry build efforts!

Nothing wrong those pictures,especially as i don`t really have any memories of Western`s as i was only 4 /5 years old when they disappeared from BR!.
