One aspect of my lay out that I was unhappy with was the way in which I had fitted the model point levers. Due to the fact that every thing is very well glued down in and around the rails I had to come up with some thing that was easy (because I can only do easy) and acceptable. Some thing that did not involve chiselling out parts of my lay out!
This is what I have used and how the finished stands look. I sunk the lever base into the 'wood' by cutting out a slot. A slot was also made in the base underside for the Peco set track point moving strip to run through.
I will add more photo's when they are in place and I have blended them in with ballast and static grass.
