August Bank Holiday at Graig Wen Loco.

It's been one of those weeks at Crymlyn A Shop with the Boyos being very busy but with little progress to show.
The frames of GWR 29 (ex CM&DPLRly.) are having their axle boxes aligned with some work on the cab and footplate.
Dai the paint is still busy on the Hudswell Clarke locomotive contract for the L&MMRly. although there is little visible progress to show.
Dai Larfin, the stores person, has placed an order with a local foundry for the plates for this loco which is apparently to be No. GWR 359. He has been sworn to secrecy over the name on the plate.
However the engine crew Boyos at Graig Wen Loco have finished working at lunchtime for the Bank Holiday and I have included a view of the motive power parked up outside.
From left to right we have 1140, 1338 No.1 Hercules and 679.
A few months ago some dubious characters purporting to work for a strange model company called Hornby were chased off the site by our Foreman who caught them climbing over his Peckett B2 class No.679 with a tape measure. Whatever next?
