3mm Scale, Chipping Compton

After it's exhibition debut at Swindon in September a boyhood ambition has finally been realised as Chipping Compton is in the latest Railway Modeller.

Result! Congratulations on the achievement - it's always nice to see something not quite mainstream get into print - I'll look forward to getting a copy the next time I'm down at the model shop.

Picked up a copy of the Modeller on Friday, the layout looks lovely, delicate and restrained, the highpoint of the issue for me.

Just read the article Bob. the layout looks very good. It's always good to other scales in the mainstream magazine. I often wonder why 3mm or TT to an extent died out of the English RTR market.

It is a wonder considering TT (1:120) RTR is still going strong in Germany and the old East Europe with some exquisite models.
