Nice work Matt, very convincing peeling paint. Looks better with the extra blocks near the doors. In comparison the roof looks a bit fresh - perhaps some water streaking, moss and dirt to finish the effect?

**Random post alert**

When I first started building the layout, I had a rather convenient room in which to work. While I didn't do any structure or stock building there, it was great for doing layout work and the natural light was good too:

It's a conservatory that the previous owners used as a utility room. That didn't serve our purpose so it was largely ignored in the initial "fun" of moving in, hence becoming my workshop.

Anyway, I was recently served notice by SWMBO to vacate and its now been pink-ified:

Sure it looks nice, but where am I supposed to keep stuff now?!

Da iawn Matt! Is that her room then?

Nope, she has her own room. This is now officially the conservatory. Every room in the house has an enfys reference in it!

There's a lot of rainbow themed stuff out there at the moment which keeps finding it's way into our house via gifts!

Back on track:

Spent some time last night re-weathering the Dapol Class B tanker using a combination of sponges and the airbrush. I added the fuel stain using Fresh Engine Oil wash from Ammo. I'm undecided if this is a bit too fresh though and may need toning down further with some matt varnish.

Morning Matt.

Nice job on the tanker and I shall be looking for some of the Ammo Fresh Engine Oil. I can see a few uses for that.

...the replaced plank, the odd length hinges, the block to support the upper hinge, the excessively long door bolt, the growth on the left of the roof but not in the lee of the larger shed, the lack of crushed grass by the door, suggesting the shed has not been used in a while...

So much detail :)
